This house has a very interesting history,tought we were unable to explore the yeaes before 1877.In 1877 a big fire swept throught the area and burnt a large part of the house.The owner of the property at this time was,believe it or not,Ayse Sıdıka Hanım ibneti Ibrahim Ethem Efendi,wich means she was Mrs Ayse Sıdıka,daughter of Ibrahim Ethem in 1882 the property was rebuilt as an ottoman stone house,And in1943 it was bought by its previous owner who lived in it for many years.
Between 1988 and 1995 the house was an unoccupied ruin.After this time the house was extensively rennovated to its presentcondition,and after much tribulation,finally opened as a hotel on the ist of April 1998 It is our ambition,whitout strain or formality,to offer traditional Turkish hospitality in the spirit of the house's history
